Microsoft Copilot consulting
Microsoft Copilot consulting helps you roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents built in Copilot Studio safely, and in a way people actually use. Corrplus assesses licensing and data readiness, cleans up oversharing in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, runs a pilot group and builds Copilot Studio agents for specific business units.

Readiness and pilot usually take a few weeks; rollout depends on the number of departments
Pricing
Readiness assessment and pilot are a fixed-scope project; Copilot Studio agents and rollout are quoted separately in writing. Microsoft licences are not included.
Tools we use
Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Who it is for
- Companies on Microsoft 365 deciding whether to adopt Copilot
- IT and digital teams that bought Copilot licences and see low usage
- Organisations hesitant to switch Copilot on because of years of tangled SharePoint and Teams permissions
- Teams in HR, sales or support that want a Copilot Studio agent for one specific job
When it is not a fit
- Companies on Google Workspace. Copilot works with Microsoft 365 data, so we look at other tools for you.
- Large document archives held outside Microsoft 365. A custom RAG assistant is usually a better fit for those.
What you get
- Readiness assessmentA report on licensing, identity, SharePoint and OneDrive sharing settings and where sensitive data sits.
- Permission and label clean-upFixing overshared sites and folders and planning Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels.
- Pilot programmeA trial with a selected user group on defined business scenarios, measured through usage and feedback.
- Scenario libraryPrompt examples for Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, written for your departments and languages.
- Copilot Studio agentsAgents built for one job, connected to internal knowledge and Power Automate flows.
- Rollout planWhich departments get Copilot next, in what order and with which training, based on pilot results.

What needs to be ready before Copilot is switched on?
Microsoft 365 Copilot answers using the emails, files and Teams messages the user can access. It does not create new access, but it makes existing access visible. A salary sheet shared years ago with “anyone with the link”, or a management folder left open to everyone, can surface from a single prompt once Copilot is on.
So the first job is permissions. We find oversharing across SharePoint sites, OneDrive shares and Teams channels, and plan how sensitive content will be marked with Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels. Stale files are a problem too: Copilot may happily quote last year’s price list.
Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio or a custom build?
| Aspect | Microsoft 365 Copilot | Copilot Studio | Custom RAG or LLM integration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best at | Personal productivity in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel | An internal agent for one specific job | Non-Microsoft systems and customer-facing apps |
| Data source | The user’s Microsoft 365 content | Knowledge sources and connectors you choose | Any source you need |
| Who uses it | All staff | One department or process | Staff or customers |
| Effort | Readiness and adoption | Low to medium | Medium to high |
If your documents live outside Microsoft 365, or you want to open the assistant to customers, an enterprise knowledge assistant built on RAG may be the better choice.
Why buying licences is not enough
Copilot pays off when people know what to use it for in their daily work. In the pilot we define real scenarios per department: meeting preparation from a customer’s email history for sales, table summaries in Excel for finance, Teams meeting notes for management. Prompts that work well go into a shared library, in English, Turkish or both.
In Copilot Studio we build agents that do one job: an HR agent that answers leave and expense questions from the staff handbook, a sales agent that searches the product catalogue, or a support agent that opens a ticket through Power Automate. We limit from the start which sources each agent can reach and who can use it.
This service is specific to Copilot. It covers technical readiness, the pilot and Copilot Studio agents. If you want your teams to learn to work safely with AI whatever tool they use, corporate AI training is the broader programme, and the two can run together.

Frequently asked questions
Can Copilot see everyone's files?
Copilot only uses content the user can already access. The problem is that in many companies people can open folders they should not, without knowing it. Copilot makes that visible. That is why we fix permissions before switching it on.
What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio?
Microsoft Copilot (formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot) is the assistant everyone uses inside Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Copilot Studio is where you build your own agent for a specific job, for example one that answers HR questions from the staff handbook.
Should we give Copilot to everyone?
Usually not at first. We recommend a pilot with the few departments likely to benefit most. Usage and feedback are measured, and the rollout decision is based on that evidence.
Is Copilot safe under GDPR and KVKK?
Microsoft states that Copilot works within the security and compliance boundary of your Microsoft 365 tenant. Where data is processed and stored is still your assessment to make. We settle those points with your legal counsel.
Do you sell licences?
No. You buy licences from your existing Microsoft partner or directly from Microsoft. We handle readiness, the pilot, agent development and adoption.
Can you support a rollout across offices in several countries?
Yes, mostly remotely, in English or Turkish. The scenario library and training material are prepared per department and language, and the pilot can include users from different offices.
