Workflow automation
Workflow automation means software takes over the steps people repeat by hand every day: copying data between systems, waiting for approvals, routing requests that arrive by email or WhatsApp. Corrplus connects those steps with n8n, Make, RPA and, where rules run out, AI models, and runs them in a way you can monitor and audit.

Tools we use
n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, OpenAI and Anthropic Claude models
Who it is for
- Small and mid-sized companies whose team re-types the same data across spreadsheets, an ERP and email
- Operations teams where orders, quotes, invoices or applications pass through several people and systems
- Companies in Türkiye that need their local ERP (Logo, Mikro, Netsis) or a marketplace connected to the rest of their tools
- Enterprise teams that started with RPA and now struggle to maintain the bots
When it is not a fit
- Work that has no defined process yet and runs differently every time. We help define the process first.
- Tasks done a few times a month that take minutes. Building and maintaining automation would cost more than it saves.
What you get
- Process mapA step-by-step record of the current flow, who does what by hand, and which steps are worth automating.
- Working automationsWorkflows built on n8n, Make or RPA and tested with your real data.
- Error and exception handlingWho gets alerted, on which channel, when a step fails, and how the work is retried.
- Monitoring viewA simple view of which workflow ran how often and where it got stuck.
- Documentation and handoverNotes your team can follow to read the workflows and make small changes themselves.
How we work
Discover
In one session with your team we list repetitive work and rank it by time spent and cost of errors.
Design
We write down the scope of the first two or three workflows, the systems they touch and where personal data is processed.
Build
We build in short cycles and hand over a version that runs on real data at the end of each one.
Run
We monitor the workflows, update them as your systems change and queue the next processes.
Which work is worth automating?
A task is a good candidate when it repeats many times a week with the same steps, has a clear input and output, and costs something when it goes wrong. In the companies we work with in Türkiye, the usual suspects are marketplace orders typed into the ERP, e-invoice PDFs forwarded to accounting, quote approvals waiting in email threads and WhatsApp requests copied into a spreadsheet.
A step you cannot write a rule for does not make automation impossible. AI models can classify a free-text customer message or pull an amount out of a scanned document. We place those steps in the workflow so a person can approve the result before it moves on.
How do n8n, Make and RPA differ?
| Aspect | n8n | Make | RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best at | Connecting systems that have APIs | Fast, cloud-hosted integrations | Systems with no API, used through a screen |
| Where it runs | Your own server or the cloud | Make’s cloud | Your own machine or server |
| Maintenance | Low | Low | High, as screens change |
| Data protection | Most flexible when self-hosted | Needs a transfer assessment | Data stays local |
We are not tied to one tool. In most projects n8n carries the backbone, a small RPA step handles a legacy system without an API, and a language model is called where text has to be understood.
The same approach in our own products
Corrplus does not only build for clients; we ship our own software too. Moving tournament results and player records into the venue dashboard in Okey 101 Çetele, or feeding website content to the AI assistant in Promptor, follows the same rules we use for client workflows: every step is traceable and someone hears about it when something fails.
How we start
In the first call we walk through a week of your team’s work. You leave with a short list of tasks worth automating and a written proposal for the first workflow. When you need a broader roadmap, we start with the two-week AI discovery sprint.

- Workflow automationWorkflow automation is an approach in which software carries out the repetitive steps of a business process, such as data transfer, approvals, notifications and reporting, according to defined rules.
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation)RPA (robotic process automation) is an automation method in which a software robot clicks through screens and enters data like a person to carry out rule-based, repetitive tasks.
- n8nn8n is a workflow automation platform that connects applications and APIs through visual nodes and that you can also run on your own servers.
- Low-codeLow-code is a software development approach in which applications and workflows are built mainly with visual interfaces, drag-and-drop components and ready-made connectors, extended with small amounts of code where needed.
Frequently asked questions
Which processes should we automate first?
The ones that repeat often, follow clear rules and are expensive to get wrong. Invoice entry, order transfer, weekly reports and routing form submissions to the right person are typical first candidates.
Should we use n8n, Make or RPA?
If your systems have APIs, n8n or Make are faster and cheaper. If the work happens on a screen with no API, you need RPA. If data must stay on your own servers, we recommend self-hosted n8n.
Does automation create data protection risk?
Built properly it reduces risk, because every step that touches data is logged. For workflows with personal data we settle where data is processed, how long it is kept and any cross-border transfer during design, together with your legal counsel, under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK.
Our ERP is old. Can it still be automated?
Usually yes. Most ERPs offer database access, file exports or web services. When none of those exist, screen-based RPA is the last resort.
Do we own the workflows you build?
Yes. They run in your account or on your server, and all access and documentation is handed over to you.
Where does AI fit into these automations?
In the steps rules cannot handle: classifying free-text emails, extracting fields from PDF invoices, drafting a reply to a customer message. Where a decision needs a human, the approval step stays in the workflow.
