Digital transformation consulting
Digital transformation consulting looks at a company's processes, systems, data and people together and decides which changes to make, and in what order. Corrplus first measures your digital maturity, then builds a roadmap that ranks the investments and a governance model that names an owner for every step. AI is one of the tools in that plan, not the goal.

Assessment and roadmap are quoted as a fixed-scope project; implementation and oversight are quoted separately in writing.
Tools we use
Turkish ERPs such as Logo, Mikro and Netsis, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, n8n and Make, Power BI and Looker Studio, Supabase, WordPress and WooCommerce
Who it is for
- Growing companies whose processes still run on spreadsheets, email and paper
- Companies where each department uses its own software and data is spread across them
- Leadership teams that want an independent assessment before replacing an ERP, CRM or e-commerce platform
- International companies with a Turkish subsidiary that needs its local systems aligned with group standards
When it is not a fit
- Companies looking for one tool to be installed. We point you to the relevant service instead.
- Times when leadership cannot commit time to it. Transformation decisions stall without them.
What you get
- Digital maturity assessmentA written view of where you stand today across technology, data, operations, people and culture, and customer focus.
- Process and system inventoryWhich work runs on which software, who does it and where it is still done by hand.
- Prioritised roadmapInitiatives ranked by value, cost and dependencies, each with a rough scope.
- Governance modelWho makes decisions, who owns each initiative and in which meeting progress is reviewed.
- Measurement frameworkThe indicators to track for each initiative and where they are measured from.
- Tool and vendor selection supportA requirements list and a neutral comparison when choosing an ERP, CRM or automation platform.
How we work
Discover
After a free first call we interview department heads and look at processes and systems where the work happens.
Design
We write the maturity assessment and roadmap, flag data protection issues and agree priorities with leadership.
Build
We deliver the first initiatives in short cycles, or provide technical oversight of the vendor you choose.
Run
Regular reviews track the indicators and update the roadmap as conditions change.
Where should transformation start?
Transformation starts with an honest look at today, not with buying new software. We interview department heads and follow how work actually moves, from order to invoice and from quote approval to stock count. A pattern we often see in Türkiye: data that lives in the ERP is re-entered in spreadsheets, e-invoices are forwarded to accounting by hand, and customer requests stay in WhatsApp.
That picture is the basis of the maturity assessment. The point is not a score but a clear next step in each area.
We have seen the same pattern while building our own products. Villa Yönet brings reservations, the calendar and income and expenses into one dashboard for villa and guesthouse operators who kept them in separate notebooks and spreadsheets. Even in a small business, the first gain is having the same information in one place and up to date.
What does the maturity assessment look at?
| Area | The question we ask | What we often find |
|---|---|---|
| Technology | Do the systems talk to each other? | Data carried by hand between ERP, e-commerce and accounting |
| Data | Does everyone quote the same figure for the same question? | Different spreadsheets per department |
| Operations | Are processes written down and measured? | Work that depends on one person and is not documented |
| People and culture | Can the team use new tools? | Licensed software nobody uses |
| Customer focus | Is a customer’s full history in one place? | Requests, orders and complaints in separate channels |
How is this different from AI consulting?
This service looks at the whole company, and AI is one tool. For some companies the first step is an ERP integration or workflow automation. AI only makes sense once data and processes are in order. If your core systems are already tidy and your question is simply where AI fits, AI consulting is the shorter path.
To keep the plan from staying on paper, every initiative gets an owner, an indicator and a review date. This light governance works without setting up a separate department. For international groups with a Turkish subsidiary, we also check that local requirements such as e-invoicing and Türkiye’s data protection law, KVKK, are reflected in the plan. We cover why projects stall in a separate article.
How we start
In a free first call we hear about your company, your departments and the work that hurts most. We then propose in writing which departments the assessment covers and who we will interview. If you want the AI side in detail too, the two-week AI discovery sprint can be added.
How would this work in your business?

- Digital maturityDigital maturity is a measure, usually expressed in levels, of how well a company uses digital tools across its processes, data, technology and team skills.
- Workflow automationWorkflow automation is an approach in which software carries out the repetitive steps of a business process, such as data transfer, approvals, notifications and reporting, according to defined rules.
- Low-codeLow-code is a software development approach in which applications and workflows are built mainly with visual interfaces, drag-and-drop components and ready-made connectors, extended with small amounts of code where needed.
Frequently asked questions
Is digital transformation consulting only for large companies?
No. For smaller companies the scope is narrower, but the questions are the same: which work is done by hand, where the data lives and what to invest in first. The assessment is shorter and the roadmap has fewer initiatives.
How is the maturity assessment done?
Through interviews with department heads, observing processes where they happen and reviewing the systems in use. We describe where you stand across technology, data, operations, people and culture, and customer focus, and what the next realistic level looks like.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
Usually not. Most ERPs, including Turkish ones such as Logo, Mikro and Netsis, can do more once integrated. When replacement really is needed, the assessment says so and lists the requirements and migration risks.
How is this different from AI consulting?
Digital transformation covers processes, systems, data and people as a whole. AI consulting focuses only on where AI should be used. If your core systems are fragmented, start with transformation. If they are in order, go straight to AI consulting.
Do we have to implement the roadmap with you?
No. The assessment and roadmap are yours. We can implement it, or your own team or another vendor can, with us providing technical oversight.
Why do transformation projects stall?
The most common reasons are initiatives without an owner, goals nobody measures and starting from a tool rather than a process. That is why the governance model and measurement framework are part of the deliverables.
