Mineteko: Digitalising a company's processes end to end
Mineteko is the distributor of LX Hausys (formerly LG Hausys) in Türkiye, supplying flooring for healthcare, education, retail, housing and sports projects. Corrplus digitalised many of Mineteko's processes, from warehouse systems and web portals to internal HR tools and ERP software. Work that was scattered now runs as one system.

“From our warehouse systems and web portals to our internal HR tools and ERP software, Corrplus was part of almost every step of our digital transformation. They brought our scattered processes together into one system; today we genuinely run our business digitally.”
What we did
- A digital transformation roadmap: which process to digitalise, in which order
- Warehouse systems: stock, goods in and out, and shipment tracking
- Web portals: the corporate site and portals for business partners
- Internal HR tools: staff processes managed digitally
- ERP software: sales, stock and finance data in one place
- Integration between systems and the cloud infrastructure behind them
Where it started
Flooring distribution has many moving parts: products arrive at the warehouse, are allocated to projects, shipped to site and invoiced. Each link in that chain had a different team, often with a different spreadsheet. Information moved from team to team by hand.
Mineteko did not need one piece of software. It needed one structure that covered the whole business.
What we did
We started with a digital transformation map: which process slows the work most, and which one the others depend on? Then we digitalised step by step.
- Warehouse systems. Stock, goods in and out, and shipments are tracked in one system. Nobody has to phone around to find out where a product is.
- Web portals. The corporate site and the partner portals present product information clearly to architects, contractors and dealers.
- Internal HR tools. Staff processes moved off paper and email into a digital tool.
- ERP software. Sales, stock and finance data meet in one place. Reports come from the system instead of being stitched together by hand.
To make these systems feed each other we also set up the workflow automation and cloud infrastructure behind them.
Why it matters
Digital transformation is often attempted by buying tools one at a time, and the tools never talk to each other. At Mineteko each step was built on the previous one: warehouse data feeds the ERP, and the ERP feeds the portals. The result is not a handful of separate applications but one connected digital operation.
